PUBLIC HEARING

Supervisor Hargrave called the public hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. The following Town Board Members were present:

PRESENT: Supervisor George Hargrave Councilman Michael Tillson

Councilman William Topper Councilwoman Susan Sutch

Councilman George Weed

OTHERS PRESENT: T. Killeen, Assessor; David Costanzo, Highway Superintendent & M. DeFoe, Town Clerk.

The clerk read the legal notice as placed in the Daily Gazette on October 12, 2006 and posted at Town Hall; Library; Post Office & Bank. Salary figures on Preliminary Budget for 2007 are as follows: Supervisor - $13,000.00; Council Members (4) – each at $3,700.00, with Deputy Supervisor an additional $200.00; Town Clerk - $21,630.00; Superintendent of Highways - $50,050.00. Supervisor Hargrave then asked if there were any questions or comments from the audience. There were no questions or comments from the audience. The Public Hearing was closed at 7:02 p.m.
