SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

AUGUST 22, 2002

GALWAY TOWN HALL

 

Supervisor Hargrave called the Special Town Board Meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. with the following Town Board members present:

 

PRESENT:       Supervisor George Hargrave                 Councilman Michael Tillson

                        Councilman William Topper                  Councilman Charles Quinlan

 

ABSENT:        Councilwoman Susan Sutch

 

OTHERS PRESENT:   Margaret DeFoe, Town Clerk.

 

RESOLUTION 45-2002 – Rescheduling of Town Board Meeting for September due to Primary Election.  Supervisor Hargrave stated that Board needed to reschedule the September 10^th board meeting to the following Tuesday, September 17^th due to the Primary Election being held at Town Hall on the 10^th.  On a motion of Councilman Tillson, seconded by Councilman Topper the following resolution was ADOPTED:  AYES – 4     NAYS – 0

     RESOLVED that the Galway Town Board reschedule the September Town Board meeting from September 10^th to September 17^th, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. due to the Primary Election being held at Town Hall on the 10^th.

     All ayes.                                                                  MOTION CARRIED

 

Councilman Quinlan made a motion, seconded by Councilman Topper to adjourn the meeting at 6:07 p.m.
