Application and Information Forms
The following forms and guides are intended to help the applicant in submitting applications to the town planning board. The guides and checklists will detail the information which needs to be supplied by the applicant, so that their application can be acted on in the shortest possible amount of time. The Galway Town Planning Board meets on the 4th tuesday of the month, and maps and applications should be submitted to the clerk by approximately the 1st of the month, to get onto the monthly agenda. Please check with the planning board clerk for the exact cutoff date in any particular month.
